The following 2 acre lots are for sale in the Southwind Addition. When developing these lots, a buyer should understand:
- lots are residential only and homes cannot be less than 2800 sqft with a 7/12 pitch on 1-story homes and a 6/12 pitch on 2-story homes. 75% of the first level of a home must be of stone, masonry, brick, or glass building material approved for outside wall construction
- No existing structures can be moved onto a lot.
- Lots may not be subdivided
- 1 livestock animal per acre for recreational use only.
- Garages must face the rear or side of house (exceptions made for corner lots)
- No mineral extraction may take place
- No temporary outbuildings
- boats, trailers, mobile homes, campers, boat trailers can only be on property 24 hours. House trailers, mobile home, camper boat trailers or similar vehicles must be stored in a garage or obscured by fencing.
- When construction starts, the home must be finished in 9 months
